Friends With Flair & Simple Stories

Hi everyone :)  I made a card for today's Friends With Flair blog hop and so I could play with those new Unity & Simple Stories stamps!

I used the one called 100% Real Life for my card.
(I cut the label out by hand, it's not a die)

I used Echo Park Country Drive paper.

Ballet Princess and Robots.

Hi there, it's Jimmi here with 2 FUN cards using Helmar and Best Creations, Inc.!
I am having a lot of fun playing with these papers.
I didn't do much stamping for these cards.
I used the Best Creations, Inc. papers as my images by cutting out just the parts of them I wanted to use for my cards.
I've made a card for a little boy and one for a little girl, too!

For my cards I used Ballet Princess and Robot paper:


I used Liquid Scrap Dots on my ballerina and on the space ship below.



I also used my Quickfix Adhesive Runner.

I hope you liked my SUPER easy cards I've made for you!
I had so much fun making them, playing paper dolls with the Best Creations, Inc. paper I used!

I know 1 thing, I LOVE THIS PRETTY PAPER!  I got this paper in my HUGE box of goodies from Helmar and have been oohing and ahhing over it and wondering if I should even cut into it, it's just SO pretty!
The Helmar products I used are the the wonderful Zap Dots and some 450 Quick Dry.
I dotted the 450 on that flower I cut out and sprinkled it with glitter, it's so sparkly in person :)

The cute dress is from the stamp set Sew Lovely.

A little Congrats! and some fabulous favors!!

I have a sassy congrats Gina K. Designs card to show you today.  I almost forgot I made it, but alas, I remembered so here I am!

Well a couple things before the card...I have 2 favors to ask you...1st can I ask you to vote for my brother in law who is in a contest for a very worthy cause!??

Here are the details:
Chevrolet is partnering with the Greater Jacksonville Area USO to find a few good men and women to compete for a chance to represent USO during the 2011 Chevrolet Fireball Run, an adventure-rally race to find missing children. 
This challenge is open to active or retired military (teams of two). Two winning USO teams will be fully sponsored by Chevrolet (an approximate $10,000 value). Each team will be provided Chevy Camaro SS’s for the week-long “mission style” journey spanning 18 cities and 3,500 miles. The team’s missions will be to distribute 1,000 posters of a missing child, while they make stops on their route to participate in interactive games and motorsports competitions.
The Chevy Fireball Run will begin Saturday, September 24, 2011 in Melbourne, FL and end in Gulf Port, MS on Saturday, October 1, 2011. To ensure that each team has transportation to Melbourne, FL, for the event starting point and transportation home from the event’s final stop in Gulfport, MS, vehicles will be delivered to the teams prior to the official start date and picked up after the teams have returned home. 
All inclusive registration for our two winning USO teams will also include fuel costs, accommodations (one room per team with separate bedding), all food and beverage, incidentals, all game, track, and event fees plus gift packages.

Hambo Guest Designer for a Day!

Hi everyone!
Happy Monday to you!
Now usually I wouldn't be so excited about a Monday but I made a cute card the other night that I have been waiting to show you!
A while ago the sweet, sweet, sweet...did I say "sweet"?...Libby Hickson asked me if I'd like to be a guest designer for Hambo Stamps and of course I panicked because I can't COLOR...LOL....and then I found an adorable flamingo I could paper piece and then I said YES....?

I chose the stamp called As Special and this CUTE flamingo!

OK, I just LOVE that sentiment...I will probably use that A LOT :)

Gina K. June Stamp TV Kit Inspiration Blog Hop
